At Lolabee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand the process for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following criteria:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items may be non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products. Please check the product description for details.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@lolabee.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item you wish to return, including all original tags and packaging. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

Wrong Product Sent: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra cost.

Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@lolabee.store. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly, which may include resending your order or issuing a refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving it.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we process your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Final Sale Items
Please note that any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
